The Iowa Heart Foundation is committed to promoting healthy hearts. As part of our mission, we are dedicated to providing accurate information related to heart health and heart disease prevention through education programs for Iowa businesses, communities and individuals. Beginning February 2009, the Iowa Heart Foundation invites you to join us by pledging your commitment to heart health.

For a limited time, the Iowa Heart Foundation will be offering the "Good Intention Heart Necklace." This necklace is designed for "those with their hearts in the right place" with a portion of the proceeds supporting education on heart health for Iowa communities.

The necklace, designed by Jessica Lynne Constable, known as Jess LC, was launched in September 2008 in her Soc Chic line benefiting social causes. The adorable necklace is featured in gold filled or sterling silver varieties making it a perfect gift to acknowledge the heart health of a loved one, a friend, or a family member. The heart necklace also makes a perfect Valentine's Day or anniversary gift for a special someone.

Each necklace is available at a cost of $40. A portion of the cost ($16) is tax-deductible. The Iowa Heart Foundation gratefully appreciates donations which support our mission to promote cardiovascular health.
