Walk With A Doc (WWAD) events in July

The Iowa Heart Center Foundation has partnered with the Iowa Heart Center Ames, Carroll, Fort Dodge, Ottumwa, and West Des Moines offices to participate in the national Walk With A Doc community walking program.  Events were held at the offices  over the past couple months with a growing attendance each month.  The Ottumwa Iowa Heart Center office will host its first WWAD event on Wednesday, July 27 at 12:30 p.m. starting at the Ottumwa Medical Clinic front entrance.

Dates of the July WWAD community events:

  • Friday, July 1--Ames Iowa Heart Center office at 7:30 am
  • Thursday, July 14--Fort Dodge Iowa Heart Center/Unity Point Health at 12:00 pm
  • Wednesday, July 20--West Des Moines Iowa Heart Center office at 7:15 am
  • Wednesday, July 27--Ottumwa Iowa Heart Center/Mercy Primary Care office at 12:30 pm
  • Thursday, July 28--Carroll Iowa Heart Center/St. Anthony Regional Hospital at 5:30 pm
