Raising awareness is the first step toward healthier communities. That’s why the Iowa Heart Foundation partners with leading organizations to share accessible, trustworthy resources about heart health, prevention and risk factors. These tools are designed for use in community centers, health fairs, schools and other outreach settings — helping Iowans make informed choices about their heart health.
